This contract is made under the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.
Parties to the contract
The contract is between you (The Buyer) and Magellan Consulting Ltd(The Seller) whose registered office is at 1 Priceton Mews, 167-169 London Road, Kingston- Upon-Thams, KT2 6PT. The goods shall be the products supplied by the seller to the buyer according to these terms and conditions.
Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. The contract of the sale of the goods will not be formed until delivery of the goods to you at the address that you give us. We retain the right to treat items ordered as separate orders. All orders placed on the Tempest Shop website will be confirmed at the time of purchase by email.
We will take payment from your credit card, debit card or PayPal account at the time you place your order. Taking payment does not mean we have accepted your order and, in the event of us not accepting your order, a full refund will be given as soon as reasonably possible (and in any event within 7 days of us advising you that your order has not been accepted).
If you are not happy with your Tempestshop.com purchase for any reason, please return the item, along with the details requested below, within 14 days of delivery. We will be happy to refund or exchange your items provided they are in perfect resalable condition in their original packaging.
We would like to draw your attention to the following:

At Tempest we take our commitment to supplying a quality product very seriously, to do this we will guarantee your stick for up to 60 days from the day of purchase. This means that in the event the stick develops a defect which is outside the normal wear and tear associated with stick use, we will replace the stick*
* Please note that all stick replacement requests will be judged by our staff prior to being approved, if you feel that your stick has an issue please contact us in advance with a description of your stick issue and if possible photos so that we can swiftly resolve the situation.
We endeavour to keep website up to date and error free. Occasionally, however, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
While as above every care has been taken to describe items accurately, slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the text descriptions, colours or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. Tempest Sports Group Ltd & British Fencing shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty, breach of contract, negligence or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. Orders are for the personal, non- commercial use of our customer. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, in accordance with English law.
The above does not effect your statutory rights.

Any third party brand, product, service and company names contained on this site are the trademarks, service marks and trade names of their respective holders.
