Efficient delivery

We always aim to send your order immediately upon receipt. Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day. Choose the delivery option that best suits how quickly you need your goods. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses and make one delivery charge per delivery address. A day time phone number is required in case we need to contact you.

UK Delivery Options

We can dispatch to your preferred delivery address with a signature required on delivery to ensure safe arrival.
Standard Recorded Delivery:- Min £3.50 or 7% of the order total if less than £100.
Our aim is to arrive within 3 working days
Express delivery £4 extra - aims to arrive the next working day.
Express Plus delivery £7 extra – aims to arrive the next working day by 12pm

Please not if the value of the order is over £100 then you will only need to pay the additional charges.

International Delivery Options

We are also delighted to fulfill orders overseas, where local import duties may be payable on receipt. Please contact us and ask for a quote for international delivery charges.

ORDER ACCEPTENCE

Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. The contract of the sale of the goods will not be formed until delivery of the goods to you at the address that you give us. We retain the right to treat items ordered as separate orders.

LEGAL STATEMENTS ON RETURNS

We accept returns if they are unused and in a resalable condition with all tags attached. Refunds will be made by the original payment method. Goods are returned to Tempest Sports at your own expense. We recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

Every care has been taken to describe items accurately, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the text descriptions, colours or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. Tempest Sports shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty, breach of contract, negligence or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. Orders are for the personal, non- commercial use of our customer. Resale of any Tempest Sports products without the express, written consent of Tempest Sports is strictly prohibited. Please note, local import duties maybe payable on receipt. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, in accordance with English law.
